The best exercise equipment for small spaces you should buy today

Add as a preferred source on Google

Working out at home shouldn’t be a luxury reserved only for people with spacious basements and excessive square footage. If you live in an apartment or small house, you may dream of your own home gym where you can work out comfortably and conveniently. Understandably, you may feel like you just don’t have the space to pull it off. Luckily for you, that dream can become a reality with a few pieces of well-picked space-saving exercise equipment. We’ve found some fantastic exercise products that will ensure you can work up a sweat regardless of your square footage.

Adjustable weights for wrists or ankles

When it comes to exercise equipment for small spaces, portable, removable pieces are key. Adjustable weights for your ankles or wrists are a great way to add a little oomph to your daily routine, adding more resistance to your squats, lunges, crunches, and other bodyweight exercises. Simply strap on these adjustable weights from Empower to instantly burn extra calories during your workout. For a more passive exercise, keep them strapped on throughout the day while you go up and down the stairs to do loads of laundry or run around the house picking up after the kids. These adjustable, durable, and comfortable weights are made of stretchy neoprene fabric and reinforced with double stitching so they’re built to last. This set is available in a five-pound pair (2.5 pounds each) and an eight-pound pair (4 pounds each).

Gyms that fit in doorways

Odds are, you don’t think of doorways when you consider all the usable space in your house. However, there are actually many pieces of equipment designed to fit perfectly inside of doorways to free up floor space. This Door Gym from Stamina is made of steel, so it’s super durable and features multiple grip positions to train different muscle groups. The assembly is simple, and the gym attaches and detaches easily so you can move it to different doors if need be.

Multi-tasking exercise machines

Multi-use items ensure you get the most out of a small area by reducing the number of pieces you need. This AbCrunch Machine will work out your abdominal muscles, back, triceps, biceps, obliques, thighs, glutes, calves, pectorals, and more. Complete exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, scissor kicks, bicep curls, lunges, and more on one compact machine that is easy to carry and stow away when not in use. This heavy-duty machine features adjustable resistance to customize your workout based on your skill level. The machine also comes with an exercise DVD to get you started.

Inflatable exercise balls

Inflatable exercise balls are great for small spaces because you can inflate them when you need them and deflate them when it’s time for storage. Exercise balls come in various sizes, so you are sure to find one that works for you and your apartment. This 65-centimeter ball is made of latex-free PVC that is burst-resistant and deflates slowly to reduce injury if the ball is punctured, and the non-slip surface makes the ball usable on all types of floors. If you work from home, consider replacing your office chair with an exercise ball to improve posture and alleviate back pain.

Mini stepper with resistance bands

This mini stepper comes with an LCD monitor that measures your steps, times your workouts, and tracks calories so you can document your progress. The hydraulic drive system provides a smooth stepping experience, and the height adjustment knob ensures a comfortable walk for people of any height. Also featuring wide, non-slip pedals and removable training bands, this stepper can target 20 different core muscles and tone your shoulders and back. This machine is great to keep at the office for quick workouts on your lunch break or in your house for a compact cardio workout anytime.

Whether you want to work out at home, in the office, or outside at your favorite park, investing in some exercise equipment can save you time and money. If you’re worried about filling your house with clutter or have a limited amount of space to work with, space-saving exercise equipment can be the most inexpensive and effective solution. With the products above, you can expand your home workout game without taking up that valuable floor space.

Where Design Meets Desert: Blue Heron’s Vision for Las Vegas
Blazer, Clothing, Coat

As a third-generation Las Vegas native, I was thrilled to hear that during a recent visit to the city, part of our team had the opportunity to tour a newly completed, luxury desert home by Blue Heron. The home was stunning, far beyond expectations, with every detail thoughtfully and intentionally designed.

Las Vegas has always been a place of transformation and evolution. Founded in 1905 as a railroad stop and desert oasis, the city grew rapidly through the construction of the Hoover Dam, the legalization of gambling, and the post–World War II development that shaped the iconic Las Vegas that we know today. Over the last 125 years, it has evolved far beyond its origins to become a hub for design, innovation, and bold leadership.

My Christmas Centerpiece Method
Candle, Candlestick, Cutlery

Christmas is a few days away and I am getting the final touches ready to host my family. The meal is planned and the shopping list is written. All that’s left is to do is to set the table, prepare the food, and enjoy the holiday. But before that, I need to put together the centerpiece and table scape. My personal favorite kind of table scape has always been rooted in simplicity. At my own wedding, I locked horns with the florist, wedding planner, and even my own mother-in-law, because all I wanted were floating candles and bare, yet sparkly branches. I had the vision and they just needed to trust me. Almost ten years later, while my style has evolved, one thing has not changed: simplicity with a splash of shine always wins. I tend to lean this direction often. It’s classic and never feels overdone.

So, how am I decorating my table for Christmas this year? I follow the same principle every December, and the method is beautifully straightforward:

PANTONE 2026: Cloud dancer takes center stage
And Pantone's 2026 Color of the Year is...
Adult, Male, Man

Pantone has officially announced its Color of the Year for 2026, and the choice is as bold as it is unexpected. It is white. More specifically, Cloud Dancer (PANTONE 11-4201). At first glance, it’s definitely a move that might raise eyebrows. It has already received criticism for being “flavorless” and even “tone-deaf” in our current political climate, especially with the rollback of many DEI initiatives.

And, many of us grew up hearing that white isn’t even a color at all, but a canvas. An empty space waiting for something more. Technically, it’s the reflection of all visible colors, which only adds to the irony.
