If you’re a side sleeper use the higher part of this ergonomic pillow and if you’re a back sleeper use the lower part. If you change positions often, turn it around and decide which side suits you best.

The memory foam top layer molds to the contours of the body and relieves pressure at head, neck and shoulders. It provides good comfort regardless of the temperature in your room.

Choose this ergonomic pillow if you are a back or side sleeper.

The soft fabric cover breathes and wicks away moisture.

The cover is easy to remove and machine-wash at 140°F (60°C). This keeps your pillow nice and fresh, and wards off unwanted dust mites.

Disappointing compared to the RÖLLEKAJeremieThis contoured pillow replaced the RÖLLEKA pillow (itself a replacement of the IKE 365+ FAST pillow). In comparison to the RÖLLEKA, which was firm, it is extremely soft. I do not believe that this provides the necessary or advertised neck support. I wish the RÖLLEKA pillow were brought back.1

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 104°F, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 140°F.
