I never write reviews but I needed to do it for this product. The overall bar cart was very cute but the box was extremely damaged, the bottom wooden piece was ripped from the nails and it was way shorter than I thought it was going to be. I measured the bar cart once I put it together and it was 25 inches tall not including the handle. The process of putting it together was not difficult, so, that was nice. I was going to ignore the fact that the wooden piece is broken because it was not extremely noticeable.
I did not like how short it was so I decided to return it. With normal Amazon orders, I can take a package I'm returning to Khol's not packaged or anything and it is an easy process. NOT with this order! I had to take it apart which is understandable but also annoying. Before I took it apart to return it, I tried reaching out to the company by phone to see if there were any alternative options. There was no option to talk to anyone regarding the issues and the phone number just hung up on me after listening to the automated voice messaging system. I tried to email them and the email system was one of the strangest emailing systems I have ever encountered. Once I received the email, I followed the instructions and chose the Amazon link since I bought it through Amazon. It took me back to the Amazon page for the non-existent phone number.
I finally ended up taking the bar cart apart and returning it to a UPS Store but the overall process was extremely inconvenient and irritating. I had to buy a box from UPS even though the return was free. The bar cart was too big for any box I could get without paying for it.
If you are looking to buy this just be aware that it is very short, might come damaged, and returning it is a pain! I will say that it is good quality besides the broken piece and it is cute!

First and foremost, the 'wood' you see is IKEA levels of thin/cheap corkboard.
It comes with the panels already screwed in and arrived with chunks torn off where the screw is supposed to go.
As in you couldn't put it back together even if you tried.

Second, the metal is so soft that 2/4 pieces arrived bent and had to be bent back into shape.

I didn't notice the futility of my efforts until halfway through putting it together.
There was no way this thing was going to function as intended.
No matter what I tried.

It was frustrating to take apart and Tetris back into its original packaging.
This brings me to the third point; The shipping container is as flimsy and as could be with little to no internal packing material.
The dimensions are pretty much spot on to only fit the cart pieces themselves.

These things are DESTINED to arrive broken.
Buy this product if you like throwing your money away and wasting time.
