How To Operate:

1. Double touch the top button quickly to turn on ( Blue indicator will light on and the volume level is 0.02oz now).

2. After turned on the item, touch the top button again to switch the volume level from 0.02oz to 0.05oz. (White indicator lights on).

3. Then touch the button again to turn off the item (Red indicator lights on).

Notes: Please make sure your finger and the top button is DRY and clean without any dust before touch it!

Trouble Shooting (Important) :

Problem 1: "Doesn't turn on" or "Doesn't work"

The inner battery is not fully charged when out of factory. So please try to recharge it fully once you received the item!
Make sure the top touch button and your finger are both DRY before touch the button. Otherwise, it will fail to detect.
Double Touch the top button quickly to turn on. Please make sure you operate it correctly!

Problem 2: "Only pumps air." or "the pump makes a sound but there is no soap coming out"

After received the item, please try the suggestions step by step on the following "How to Maintain" part. This will help to solve the problem and make the item work normally.

Tips:

1. Suggest to fill foaming hand soap into the bottle. For regular hand soap sanitizer should be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, or it won't FOAM!
2. Use only fresh new foam hand soap and clean the soap container properly before each re-fill. Deposits of old soap will lead to malfunction and jamming.
3. Keep the top on/off touch button try, otherwise it will cause failure of touch sense. If find the touch is not sensitive, please dry and change your fingers or dry the top button and try again.
4. Regular maintence of the machine will greatly help to improve the lifetime and performance of the item.
5. If will not use the item for a long time, please clean the soap container and straw tube with warm water, and remember to charge it at least one time for every 2 or 3month.
6. There might be a little of water left in the unit after the routine test of factoty.

How to Maintain


Step 1 Screw off the reservoir and open the cover at first	Step 2 Set on the supplied soft silicone tube to the soap inlet port of the dispenser.	Step 3 Then use the supplied small air pusher to suction a pipe of warm water below 40 ℃. (Warm water at 40 ℃ has a better effect on dissolving the sticky stuff in straw tube). And then push the air pusher to fill in the dispenser with warm water through the installed silicone tube, until there is water coming out from the soap outlet port. Repeat this again to get better cleaning performance.	Step 4 Screw on the reservoir back, and start to use it as usual until it pumps out soap. For firsting using, please activate the dispenser for 8-10 times to get dense foam soap.

Bought this for my grandkids to use when they are over. Because kids like the foam soaps a lot and it helps encourage hand washing and in these days and times any little bit of encouragement helps. The dispenser is very easy to use, and the thickness of the soap container is good, it’s not flimsy. I found a large bottle of foaming soap to put in it. If you can only find regular hand soap you’ll have to thin it down with water. It dispenses a nice amount, and a little light comes on when it does. I think it works great! In the long run it will be less expensive because you won’t have soap wastage like you do with the regular hand pump because kids always want to pump it 4-5 times! Good value for your money!!!

This touch-less soap dispenser is an excellent and useful product. It's easy to use, convenient, and helpful in keeping my kitchen clean by allowing me to wash my hands without contaminating the soap dispenser with grease, raw meat, or stickiness. I refill my dispenser by placing about 1/2" of dish soap in the bottom (Dawn) and then filling the rest with water. Then, I can use the soap that dispenses on my sponge and other utensils and it's still great for washing hands. We've used this dispenser every day for a year and it's been an integral part of our kitchen since it was purchased. Yesterday it started having trouble detecting a hand under it, so I changed the batteries. It still won't work properly. You need to touch the sensor to make it work, and even then the action is intermittent. I tried cleaning it thinking the sensor was blocked, but it was perfectly clean already. Can't figure out what's wrong with it. I thought that the motor would fail over time, but it was the sensor. It only lasted 14 months. I'm torn on how to rate this item. It's one of the best purchases we've ever made for our kitchen, and that's significant because my wife purchases a lot of kitchen gadgets, but the product life seems short. I don't want to spend 25 or more dollars per year to have touch-less soap dispensing. It feels like another subscription to me, and I already have too many subscriptions in my life! However, if it's any indication how much we've loved this dispenser, we've decided to purchase another one. If it also fails to last more than 14 months, we won't be purchasing another and I'll update this review to reflect our disappointment. Until then ... this is a good dispenser and we're purchasing another one.

I LOVE this dispenser. In fact, I liked it so much I bought one for each of the bathrooms in my house! The design is compact and yet holds a full 16 ounces of soap. That means I won't be refilling every time I turn around. I did have a small issue getting the mixture correct and getting it started. You really should get a cup of water to start it in ahead of adding the soap mixture. You really don't need a lot of soap at all and I really like the longer setting on soap dispensed. It's the perfect amount! This will save a lot of money on soap purchases too. I added some 70% alcohol to the mix to create my own anti-bacterial soap. This is a really good product so far and I'm hoping the batteries last a long time.

After going through three - yes, THREE automatic foaming soap dispensers which have all failed within a couple months, two by Allegro and one by Hadieeon, this is going to be my fourth one. I feel that foaming soap dispensers have a higher propensity to fail because of the air tube component which gets clogged easily. Regular automatic soap dispensers probably have less of an issue, but I can't stop myself from enjoying the pleasures of fluffy hand soap, so I continue to fling my hard-earned money away at all these Chinese companies hoping that I'll eventually find a winner.

This particular dispenser looks very sleek and modern, with an all-white body and a clear compartment so you can see the soap level inside. For some reason, it feels like it stores the least amount of soap compared to the other ones I've already chucked into the garbage bin, but if it doesn't die on me after a couple months, I could live with it. However, I became very anxious when I powered on the device and all I could hear was the dreaded whirring sound with no soap coming out, which I've already experienced too many times to count.

Luckily, there were instructions in broken English for me to work out how I was supposed to use the included syringe to push the air out of the tubing. It took some work to fit the rubber tube over the bottom opening of the machine, but eventually, after much destruction to my fingernails, when I pressed the plunger, I heard the unmistakable popping noise of something coming unstuck. Positive that I had succeeded, I turned the machine on and eagerly put my hands under it, and sure enough, glorious fluffy lather came out of the spout. Hooray! I even tried to use this maintenance kit on my old soap dispenser, but alas, it was not salvageable. Don't buy Allegro soap dispensers, there's clearly something fundamentally wrong with the design, because even after clearing the air tube on theirs, it just kept on beeping endlessly.

Some nitpicks I have with this product besides it being non-functional out of the box are that it is not very sensitive when it registers motion, so you have to stick your hand very close to the nozzle to get the soap to come out. This could be a good thing though, because my previous pieces of rubbish would squirt soap everywhere if I even so much as moved my hand to reach the faucet handle, or if I were washing something besides my hands. Another thing is that there's only two levels of soap output, which is much less compared to what I'm used to, but it's not unmanageable without.

I did like that there is a silicone cover to the USB charging port, which should help prevent accidental water or soap from getting inside if the machine tips over or is held improperly.

Let's see if this is a dud or not after a couple months, shall we?
