My package was shipped quickly by FedEx, however, they dumped my package at the community gate, which took me an hour to move it to my house. I also had to hire workers to move it upstairs because it’s extremely heavy to carry it by myself.
When I initially contacted Sleep on Latex customer services, I let them know about the delivery issue with FedEx, I was furious at the time and I couldn’t believe that FedEx dumped my package like that. I also didn’t feel my concern was valued. However, the customer representative did email me after I posted my initial review with my concerns. I really appreciated their responses, which made me feel my voice mattered and at the same time felt sorry to post a such negative review initially. They explained to me why they could not offer white glove services. They also let me know they reported my case to FedEx on their end, and I am glad they did, because FedEx didn’t seem to care about my complaint at all.
Regardless, the mattress is much heavier than I expected and therefore I wouldn’t recommend attempting to move or open the package without help. If you are a small person like me, you will definitely need a helper to unpack the package.
The mattress was firmer than I expected seriously, though I was looking for a firmer mattress based on my chiropractor's and doctor’s recommendation. I have slept on this new mattress for a few days, still feel it’s a bit too firm to me at this time. I do notice that my body wouldn’t “sink” like when I was on my memory foam mattress (which did not enough lumbar support). Customer services did let me know it won’t break in, and most likely it will stay the way it is; they also offered 50% discount on toppers to help with my concern about the firmness of the mattress, so I took the opportunity to get a soft topper.
Anyhow, if you are a person who is looking for a firmer mattress, this is the mattress to go as the mattress would NOT soften over time per customer services.
0 star for FedEx, and 5 star for Sleep on Latex.

Update - after more than 3 weeks on the mattress
I received my 1-inch soft Latex topper, which is helpful with the appropriate firmness needed for my sleep. I am a back sleeper mainly, do toss and turn at times, and I can tell my back and lumbar with good support with this mattress. I have been able to sleep well, at least 7 hours daily for the past few weeks, confirmed by my Apple watch.
Stilll 0 star for FedEx as they dumped my topper package again at the community gate, luckily, the topper package was much lighter than the mattress.

An Emphasis on Great Design
Our mattress is manfuactured in our Chicago factory by the same exact same folks that designed it. Most "online mattress companies" are really just maketing firms that specialize in selling mattresses. They don't design their own mattreses. They don't manufacture their own mattresses. In many cases, they don't have a real factory or even a warehouse. We design, quilt, sew, assemble and package our products in our Chicago factory. This gives us complete control over the quality of our products.
We use only the highest quality components. All of the fabric used in our mattress is 100% organic cotton. Our latex foam is made with 100% natural latex and complies with stringent health standards. We never use any synthetic latex or fillers in our foam. All of the wool used in our mattress is organic. Because the wool provides a sufficient fire barrier, we never use any fire retardant chemicals or barrier cloths.
Our mattress is shipped as one complete piece. No assembly required. Trying to assemble a mattress from multiple pieces of heavy latex foam is extremely difficult. Latex foam can tear if not handled properly, the cover can be hard to zip and the foam will shift around giving the mattress an "unfinished" look. Our mattress arrives fully assembled, ensuring optimal appearance and functionality.
All Natural Components
100% Natural Latex Foam
We use only our own internationaly known Pure Green Latex in our mattress. Pure Green Latex foam is the highest quality natural latex on the planet. Pure Green latex foam was developed in conjunction with our Sri Lankan natural latex foam factory. Pure Green latex foam is made with only natural latex and never contains any synthetic latex. It is certified to meet several stringent international textile emmisions standards. It has been engineered to the highest performance and asethetic standards in the business.
100% Organic New Zealand Wool
Organic Wool provides our mattress with an outstanding micro-climate. Wool also has natural fire resistant properties and provides our mattress with a natural fire barrier. This allows our mattress to pass federal fire regulations without the use fire retardant chemicals or fire barrier cloths. Our wool is sourced from organic farms that maintain humane animal standards. Free range sheep are graze on organic land and are not routinely treated with antibiotics, wormers or pesticides. Organic wool meets strict requirements on toxicity and biodegradability.
100% Organic Cotton
Our cover contains two layers of organic cotton. The fabrics on the coutside of the mattress are 100% organic cotton. Our quiltbacking is also 100% organic cotton. Many other mattress manufacturers (even those selling "organic mattresses") use cheap polypropelene quiltbacking. Polypropelene is a cheap synthetic fabric which has little stretch and makes the mattress less comfortable. Organic cotton much better for the environment, being grown without the use of toxic pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Organic cotton meet stricts requirements on toxicity and biodegradability.

I will update as we go along.Day one: great delivery came early. Mattress is in paper wrapping. Guess they switch from plastic for env friendly wrapping. Heavy as heck had a workout moving it to the bed and unwrapping but if i can do it alone anyone can. The bed smell fishy. At least its not a chem smell. Will wait. Few days before trying it out. I did not know this but latex is a bouncy softness unlike memory foam which is more of a sinking softness. The bounciness feels Like it is pushing up giving a bit of support. Not sure if it will have any real affect when sleeping but i will update you.Day 2: smell went away. Seem supportive. Hips and should doesn't feel pressure when laying on it so far.Week in: bed is very comfortable. Can sit in bed without sinking. Very supportive. No new aches and pain but will see if it gets rid of the old one. So far my neck seem better.
